Radio Controlled Aircraft Hobby

I was looking around on the internet doing some research and I ran across a video of a radio controlled boat that was really cool.

After watching that video I decided that I wanted to get one of those and that’s how I began my radio controlled vehicle hobby.

I have learned a lot since first watching that video, the first thing that became obvious was that operating a radio controlled anything is a lot more complicated than I ever thought it would be.

There is a lot of compromise between price and performance that you must constantly make, and when you start one of the primary considerations that I didn’t give much thought to is durability.

When you start you should plan on crashing a lot until you learn what you are doing, so it’s best to have a vehicle that can take a major crash and not sustain any damage.

Also be prepared to spend a lot more money than you want to.
